Professional Overview 
Ms. Lange Kessler is a Certified Midwife with a passion for women’s health on both the national and global levels. A pioneer for midwifery, Ms. Lange Kessler has received honors and recognition for her exceptional leadership and vision in the profession. Prior to becoming NYU’s Nurse Midwifery Program Coordinator, Julia served as an adjunct faculty member for the program, worked as a Maternal Fetal Medicine Outreach Coordinator, and has founded two full scope midwifery practices that provided home and hospital births to the communities they served.
