The aims of the study are  1: Using a highly efficient experimental design, identify which of five components contribute meaningfully to improvement in the primary outcome, viral suppression 2: Identify mediators and moderators of the efficacy of each intervention component,   3: Using a mathematical modeling approach, build the most cost-effective and efficient intervention package .
