Graduate NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing Study Away Stipend Abu Dhabi J-Term 2024

Level of study: Baccalaureate Accelerated Baccalaureate Masters Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

Awarded: January Term

This stipend provides support for study away that enables graduate and dual-degree (BS/MS) NYU Meyers students to experience healthcare conditions in other countries. Students are placed in healthcare settings around the globe where they have meaningful opportunities to exchange insights and information with their fellow healthcare providers overseas. Awards are made for only the J-Term 2024. Awards cannot be deferred and are not automatically renewed.

** Dual-degree students must be accepted and enrolled in the dual-degree program to apply for this scholarship.

**Students who have been awarded a travel stipend from NYU Meyers within the last 12 months are not eligible to apply for this stipend opportunity.

Eligibility and Submission Requirements

  1. Have a valid FAFSA on file for the current academic year.
  2. Be aware that international students are not eligible to receive Rory Meyers scholarships.
  3. Understand that awards cannot be deferred and are not renewable.
  4. Applicant must be in good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  5. If awarded, agree to fill out a World of Thanks profile to thank their scholarship donors.
  6. Submit a current resume, unofficial transcript, and a one-paragraph statement that demonstrates your financial need and explains why you are applying for this study away award.
