Whether you are a new student applying to live in one of the University's residence halls or are looking for assistance in your off-campus apartment search, NYU has services and offices to simplify the New York City housing process.
Living in the residence halls provides an invaluable complement to a student's academic career. Check out the halls, find out what is happening in your hall, and get involved!
The Office of Residential Life and Housing Services is a great resource throughout your journey in on-campus living, from planning your move to transitioning into residential life to navigating NYU's services--housing and beyond. There are 20 residence halls at NYU. Explore these halls, their amenities, and their locations.
The NYU Student Resource Center (SRC) provides students with general advice and resources in the apartment search process. Although the SRC does not provide actual apartments, it does provide helpful links to housing search websites, a housing and roommate registry exclusively viewable to the NYU community, market information, a discount broker, tenant resources, and other links on NYU's off-campus living website.
