All full-time faculty can attend the All-NYU Commencement at Yankee Stadium and/or the NYU Meyers Graduation & Pinning at The Theater at MSG. Academic attire is required at both.

All-NYU Commencement at Yankee Stadium

The Office of University Events will contact full-time faculty by email with an invitation to the 192nd University Commencement, with information about ordering your academic attire.
NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing Graduation & Pinning at The Theater at MSG
May 19, 2025
Full-time faculty will receive MSG stage passes for the ceremony. More information will be shared via email later in March.
Schedule
Faculty should enter the Theater at Madison Square Garden through the entrance at 8 Penn Plaza (on the corner of 33rd and 8th avenue). It is marked by a blue awning that says "Chase Entrance". We ask all faculty to arrive, with your academic attire, no later than 2:45 p.m.
Once you check in with security, you will be issued a wristband and escorted to a room backstage. Be sure to bring your NYU ID.
Graduation begins at 4:00 p.m., with pinning to follow the graduation about a half-hour after the graduation ends.
