Student Nurses for Advocacy & Policy (SNAP)

The mission of the Student Nurses for Advocacy & Policy (SNAP) group is to empower and prepare nursing students throughout all programs at NYU Meyers to actively engage in policy, advocacy, and community outreach with a focus on social justice.  Some activities that we like to coordinate are educational seminars on policy development and policy initiatives, debates centered on ethical and professional issues affecting nursing and healthcare, and outreach to local health and social service agencies.

If you are interested in joining this group, please contact the President, Lily Guo at lg3605@nyu.edu.

Membership in all student organizations at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing is open to all NYU Meyers students.
