Kelly Thompson, MSN, RN is a Clinical Instructor at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing. Her teaching philosophy centers on fostering a creative, collaborative, and respectful learning environment where students are empowered to thrive academically, personally, and professionally. She is dedicated to integrating clinical excellence, research, and innovated education in her work as a nurse educator.
Prior to joining the faculty at NYU Meyers, Prof. Thompson was an oncology clinical research nurse specializing in hematological malignancies at Columbia University Medical Center. Before that, she worked at NYU Langone Health as a radiation oncology nurse and Dell Seton Medical Center at University of Texas as an inpatient oncology nurse.
