Esther Mphatso Bauleni, MPH, BSN, RN/M, is a Doctoral Nursing student at New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing. Her research interest is in Intimate partner violence among older women in Malawi.
Esther graduated from Kamuzu University of Health Sciences formerly Kamuzu College of Nursing (KCN) in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in Malawi. She returned to college and graduated with a University certificate in Midwifery in 2010. She later earned her master of Public Health from La Trobe University in Australia.
She is a Professional nurse with 15 years of experience. She has served as ward In-charge Peadiatic ward in Ntchisi District, Clinical coordinator, Head of Medical Surgical department at Daeyang University and Dean of Nursing Faculty at Daeyang University. Esther is a Global Nursing Leadership Institute Alumni 2023.
