Jie Zhong is a PhD student of 2019 Fall and her faculty advisor is Dr. Audrey Lyndon. She earned her BSN from Central South University (2016) and her MSN from Fudan University (2019) in China. She has successfully completed her graduate dissertation named Evidence-based Practice on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) Management. Their research team has been working together with clinical institutions to develop the best caring and follow-up system for GDM patients and their babies in China. Due to her research and clinical experiences, Jie has great enthusiasm and determination to continue her research direction of Perinatal Care & Implementation Science. Her mission here with the Florence S. Downs PhD Program are to discover the best self and provide better care for mothers and their babies!
