Jin Su (she/her) is a first-year PhD student at NYU Meyers. She earned her BSN in 2018 and her MSN in 2024. After her undergraduate study, Jin became a registered nurse and worked in the intensive care unit. During that time, she provided care for critically ill patients with chronic
conditions who were readmitted to the hospital frequently. These experiences raised her interest in chronic disease prevention and management and motivated her to further study. Her research interests focus on cardiovascular health, caregiver health, and health inequalities.
