NYU Meyers Hosts UN CSW Parallel Event on Women’s Health

NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing, in collaboration with the International Council of Nurses (ICN) and SONSIEL, will host a United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) Parallel Event:

Reimagining Women’s Health: Advocacy, Leadership and Global Impact

This interactive session will explore maternal health, reproductive equity, gender-based violence, unpaid care work, and the global impact of women-centered advocacy and leadership. The program will feature NYU student participation alongside students representing ICN and SONSIEL, highlighting the role of emerging nurse leaders in global dialogue.

Faculty are encouraged to attend and invite their students to participate.
