Nursing Students for Global Health (NSGH)

The mission of Nursing Students for Global Health (NSGH) is to participate in global efforts, improve healthcare, and reduce health disparities through the promotion of global health education and advocacy. Through collaborations among New York University students, faculty, and community partners, we aim to build a dynamic community dedicated to promoting research, addressing public policies, and using the advancement of science to improve health and well-being.

We believe the combination of community health education, along with increased accessibility to resources, serves as a way to empower people to take ownership of their human rights to reach maximum health. NSGH appreciates the opportunity nurses have to impact the greater community through actions that raise awareness about the state of global health and aim to address health disparities at the local and international levels. Members of NSGH work to promote health and well-being within the NYU community and across the globe.

If you would like to join NSGH, please contact Anna Kulikowski, President at ak8815@nyu.edu.

Membership in all student organizations at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing is open to all NYU Meyers students.
