About this Event
You are invited to attend a seminar session entitled Revolutionizing Sleep Health Through Artificial Intelligence: Testing an AI-Based Behavioral Sleep Intervention by Xiaoyue (Sherry) Liu, PhD, RN.
This session is part of a broader series called The Future of Digital Health: Conversations Across Campus, a bi-monthly seminar series co-hosted by NYU’s Grossman School of Medicine, Stern School of Business, Tandon School of Engineering, Rory Meyers College of Nursing, and the School of Global Public Health.
This series brings together faculty, researchers, students, and staff from across NYU who are engaged in—or curious about—digital health, technology-enabled interventions, and AI-driven solutions in healthcare. Faculty from Medicine, Global Public Health, and Tandon who are doing digital health work will be in attendance, making this a great opportunity to network, exchange ideas, and spark new collaborations.
About the speaker:
Xiaoyue (Sherry) Liu, PhD, RN is an Assistant Professor at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing. Her research interests center on cardiovascular risk and health behaviors, with a particular focus on sleep. Xiaoyue's current program of research aims to leverage advanced technologies to develop and evaluate a personalized intervention for adults who experience sleep disturbances.
In-person attendance is strongly encouraged, and time will be reserved before and after the presentation for networking and informal discussion.
If you are interested in digital health, AI, or technology-enabled interventions—or are currently working in this space—we hope you’ll join us. Please also feel free to share this invitation with colleagues who may be interested. Please reach out to Tina Sadarangani - trs233@nyu.edu with questions.
We look forward to seeing you there!
