Natalya Pasklinsky, DNP, ACNP-BC, CHSE, is the executive director of simulation learning at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing. She is a certified healthcare education specialist and nationally certified healthcare simulation educator with over 12 years of clinical experience in vascular, orthopedics, plastics, and ENT. She is involved in all day-to-day operations of the Clinical Simulation Learning Center, including working with faculty on the development, implementation, and evaluation of over 115 simulation sessions per week. Each semester, she trains and oversees more than 50 adjunct faculty teaching simulations. She serves on college-wide committees to ensure curriculum integration with simulation and technology use. Pasklinsky presents nationally and internationally on simulation education and debriefing. She is involved in global simulation work in Liberia and Changsha, China, where she is involved in helping to establish and develop a simulation curriculum and build a simulation center. Pasklinsky serves as chair of the Governance Committee on the prestigious Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. 

Among her honors, Pasklinksy received a Distinguished Clinical Faculty Award in 2015 from the Undergraduate Nursing Student Organization in recognition of dedication to teaching excellence, exceptional ability to lead and inspire, and enthusiasm about the learning process. In 2018, Pasklinsky received the Rose and George Doval Award in recognition of excellence in nursing education through creative and humanistic approaches.

Pasklinksy earned her DNP and MS degrees from NYU and her BS in nursing from Hunter College.
