Xiang Qi is originally from Anhui Province, East of China. In 2019, he graduated with honors from The School of Nursing, Fudan University, Shanghai. His research interests include oral health in older adults with dementia, oral health disparities in immigrants, and social determinants of oral health and cognitive function. Xiang seeks to examine and understand how environmental, psychosocial, and behavioral factors influence the oral health of vulnerable and underserved cognitive impaired older populations
