Join us for an engaging conversation with five highly respected and inspirational CNO's within New York City.

As C-suite nursing executives, these individuals are involved in all aspects of shaping the future of their respective healthcare institutions. The accountability of their role is immense, ranging from daily difficult decision-making around budgeting, high-quality patient care metrics and outcomes, improving patient experience measures, preventing workplace harm, and fostering a culture that increases staff engagement. Beyond this, the CNO is expected to be well-versed with both local and national healthcare laws and policies.

This is a wonderful opportunity to understand how each CNO navigates the challenges in healthcare leadership, what they wish they had known in the beginning of their careers, how they mentor and stay connected to their staff, and much more.
