You are invited to celebrate the legacy of Estelle Osborne, an educator, administrator, and leader who paved the way for generations of women of color in the nursing profession. Throughout her life, Estelle Osborne broke down racial barriers in healthcare education and defied a system built on racism to help provide quality healthcare for all.

Join us for an afternoon celebrating pioneers in the nursing field, thoughtful conversations, and an awards ceremony honoring the 2025 Estelle Osborne Award winner, Stacy Bentil, DNP, MS '10, RN.

This year's panel discussion is entitled - Guiding Lights:  The Transformative Power of Nursing Leadership.

In times of uncertainty and unrest, nurses have emerged as steadfast leaders, providing unwavering care and support to their patients and communities. Explore how nurses continue to lead—whether facing the challenges of political divides, the impacts of war, or the lingering effects of a global pandemic. This event will highlight inspiring stories of courage and adaptability, discussing how nurses leverage their unique skills to advocate for their patients, maintain ethical standards, and create positive change. Join us in celebrating the crucial role of nursing leadership, as we gather to reflect, connect, and forge new paths forward.
