Project Period
The program will give health practitioners strategies to improve the delivery of behavioral healthcare services (i.e., dementia care, substance use care, and trauma-informed care) in transitional/supportive housing and long-term care settings, and will promote workforce resilience. The overarching objective of this project is to leverage interdisciplinary expertise to improve healthcare practitioners’ capacities to meet the emerging health needs of the geriatric homeless and housing-insecure.
